<Q: Can I use a standard size mattress with your beds?
A: Yes. All of our rustic beds and log beds are designed to take standard size mattresses.
<Q: How long does it take for my rustic furniture order to reach me?
A: 5-60 days, depending on where you are in the lower 48 states, whether we have your rustic dining furniture in stock, and whether your order is finished or unfinished. If you need your rustic furniture right away, please call and we can tell you which items we have in stock and how quickly we can get it to you.
<What if a semi truck can't get to my home?
If an 18-wheeler can't reach your home, please contact us before placing your rustic furniture order and let us know the items you want to order and your shipping zip code. If you are willing to meet the 18-wheeler at a near-by location, that usually can be arranged. If we need to arrange for a smaller truck to get the furniture to you, there may a special delivery charge. <Q: What methods of payment do you accept?
A: We accept cash, money order, VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
<Q: Do you collect sales tax?
A: We charge sales tax on items shipped to California locations.
<Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Shipping to other countries is often expensive and problematic. As a general rule, we do not ship outside the lower 48 states, however we will ship our rustic furniture to Canada and Alaska if the buyer is willing to pick up the incremental cost for shipping beyond the 48 states. Please call if you have a question in this regard, and we will do our best to accommodate.
<Q: Do you have a print catalog?
A: Due to the wide range of items offered and our desire to maintain the most competitive prices on the web, a print catalog is not available at this time. You may, however, "Shop By Collection" which is a pull-down menu on the left side of every page on our site, which enables you to view all rustic furniture pieces made by a specific manufacturer.

A: Sometimes daily, and at the minimum, weekly. It seems that things are always changing!
<Q: What is the advantage of finishing my rustic furniture?
A: Outdoor rustic furniture will weather to a gray if left unfinished. Indoor rustic furniture will darken slightly, but is fine if left unfinished. A protective finish will keep outdoor rustic furniture from weathering, and protect indoor rustic furniture from crayon marks, fingerprints, and grime that may accumulate in a dusty environment. Some people prefer to finish their rustic furniture themselves, others leave it unfinished, while many others have us finish it for them. In the end, it's all a matter of personal preference.

A: Absolutely not! Our privacy policy is strictly enforced and ensures that your personal information will never be made available to outside sources.
